NO RETURNS ON ARTWORK OR RUNE SETS
Thank you for your purchase. As I try to be as detailed as I am able with the description and provide many detailed photos, I do NOT accept returns for my artwork. If your piece was damaged during shipping, please email me at moonchild@moonchildascending.com with good quality photos of the item, the packaging, and a description of the problem.
RETURNS OF METAPHYSICAL SHOP ITEMS
As I am an individual artist, you must contact me at moonchild@moonchildascending.com for the reason of your desired return. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. All items must be returned in their original condition. If your product arrived defective, then provide photos and a description in your email. To return an item, you will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our email correspondence, and the address to mail the return to. When returning an item, it is advised to use a service that has tracking so we can both confirm receipt of the return. If you do not use tracking, we will not be held accountable for items lost in the mail.
REFUNDS OF METAPHYSICAL SHOP ITEMS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
