RETURNS & REFUNDS
As an individual artist, all returns must begin by contacting me at moonchild@moonchildascending.com with the reason for your request. You must reach out within 7 days of receiving your item. All returned items must be sent back in their original condition.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a brief description in your email so I can assist you. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return mailing address. Please use a shipping service that provides tracking, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking confirmation.
Please note: Because shipping costs are already included in the listed sale price, the shipping portion is non-refundable. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping, so please keep this in mind before finalizing your purchase.
